In my work as a Couple & Family Therapist, I hope to offer support, insight and a safer space in which to process, heal and grow.

I believe all therapeutic work engages with relationships, even if just the relationship we have with ourselves. By focusing on the meaningful connections in our lives, and on the ways we have learned to approach them, it gives us the power to see ourselves more clearly and the ability to make the changes we hope for.

I hold a Masters degree from the Couple & Family Therapy program at the University of Guelph. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, as well as a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist with the Canadian Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
